摘要
目的:探讨慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证与胃黏膜组织中水通道蛋白(AQP)、线粒体内腺苷酸含量的相关性,进一步揭示脾失健运,聚湿生热的现代生物学基础,补充脾主运化的研究内容。方法:纳入慢性浅表性胃炎患者40例,脾虚证组及脾胃湿热证组各20例;健康受试者10例作为正常对照组;对3组进行胃镜检查,检测胃黏膜组织中AQP3、AQP4的表达,以及线粒体内腺苷酸含量。结果:脾胃湿热证组及脾虚证组胃黏膜炎症病理分级与正常对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);脾胃湿热证组与脾虚证组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。脾胃湿热证组及脾虚证组AQP3、AQP4表达均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);脾胃湿热证组AQP4表达与脾虚证组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。脾胃湿热证组及脾虚证组的腺苷酸含量与正常对照组比较,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:AQP3、AQP4以及线粒体内腺苷酸的含量异常是慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证形成机理之一。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between chronic superficial gastritis(CSG) with the pattern of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome(SDHS)and aquaporins(AQP) as well as mitochondrial adenylate content of gastric mucosa,thus to explore the pathogenic mechanism of SDHS.Methods:Twenty patients of CSG with the pattern of SDHS were enrolled into SDHS group,other twenty patients of CSG with the pattern of spleen deficiency syndrome(SDS)were enrolled into SDS group,and ten healty volunteers served as the healthy control group.The expression of AQP3,AQP4 and mitochondrial adenylate content of gastric mucosa were detected by electronic gastroscope examination.Results:The pathological grading of gastric mucosa inflammation and adenylate content in SDHS group and SDS group differed from those in the healthy control group(P < 0.05),and the differences between SDHS group and SDS group were significant too(P < 0.05).The expression level of AQP3 and AQP4 in SDHS group and SDS group was higher than that in healthy control group(P < 0.05).The difference of AQP4 expression level between SDHS group and SDS group was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of aquaporins(AQP3,AQP4)and mitochondrion(ATP,ADP and AMP) is one of the pathogenic mechanisms of SDHS in CSG patients.
