参地颗粒对慢性肾炎脾肾亏虚证患者血清肝细胞生长因子和转化生长因子-β_1的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察参地颗粒对慢性肾炎(CGN)脾肾亏虚证患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β)1的影响。方法:将68例CGN脾肾亏虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗过程中治疗组失访1例,对照组失访2例,治疗组33例服用参地颗粒治疗,对照组32例服用卡托普利片治疗。疗程均为8周。检测2组治疗前后血清HGF、TGF-β1水平,观察临床疗效、中医证候疗效、24h尿蛋白定量水平、尿沉渣红细胞计数水平变化。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为84.85%,对照组为59.38%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为87.88%,对照组为62.50%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组24h尿蛋白定量较治疗前降低(P<0.01);对照组较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组24h尿蛋白定量亦低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组尿沉渣红细胞计数水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后对照组尿沉渣红细胞计数水平下降不显著(P>0.05);且治疗后治疗组尿沉渣红细胞计数水平较对照组也有明显降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血清HGF、TGF-β1水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组血清HGF水平较治疗前上升(P<0.01),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗后2组血清TGF-β1水平均有所下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),但治疗组TGF-β1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CGN脾肾亏虚证患者血清HGF水平降低、TGF-β1水平升高,参地颗粒可升高患者血清HGF水平、降低TGF-β1水平,减轻临床症状,降低尿蛋白和红细胞计数水平。
