摘要
针对368mm×368mm的方形流化床,采用FCC颗粒,利用光纤探头,通过对不同采集频率、采集时间下所获得的压力梯度、局部颗粒浓度和局部颗粒速度的波动特征数据进行对比分析。研究表明,相同采集时间(t=13.2s)和相同表观气速下,采集频率(10~50kHz)对局部颗粒浓度和速度的测试结果无直接影响;而相同采集频率(50kHz)和相同表观气速下,采集时间为13.2s时显示数据最光滑。
Fluidization experiment was carried out in a 368mm×368mm fluidized bed with FCC particles and optical fiber probe to obtain characteristic data of pressure gradient,local particle concentration and particle velocity which fluctuated at different acquisition frequencies and acquisition time for comparative analysis,the experimental results show that at the same acquisition time(t=13.2s) and superficial gas velocity,the 10-50kHz collection frequency has no direct effect on local particle concentration and velocity;and at 50kHz acquisition frequency and superficial gas velocity,the data display at 13.2s acquisition time becomes smooth.
