摘要
通过建立由壳体、管板以及换热管等构成的固定管板换热器有限元分析模型,研究了不同的制造技术对预应力换热器性能的影响,探讨了给定温度场下,两种预变形加载方式对管板强度的影响,得到了管板与管子连接局部应力随预变形变化的规律。研究发现,两种制造技术得到的预应力换热器都能显著降低管子与管板连接局部的应力集中,而分段加载技术具有更强的适应性和经济性。
A finite element analysis model for fixed tube-sheet heat exchangers constituted by the shell,tube sheet and heat exchange tube was established to have the influence of different manufacturing technologies on prestressed heat exchangers researched,and two deformation loading methods' influence on tube sheet strength in given temperature field was discussed so that the law of localized stress distribution which varying with pre-strain on the joints of the plate and tube can be deduced.The study result indicates that both two loading methods can make stress concentration on the joints of plate and tube dropped greatly,and the segmentation loading method has stronger applicability and economical efficiency.
