LC术中改用丝线结扎对比钛夹手术临床应用体会

LC intraoperative use silk ligation operation experience of clinical application of contrast titanium clip

目的：探讨免钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的方法和应用价值.方法：不增加任何特殊器械,用普通丝线在腹腔内结扎胆囊管和血管,观察病人的临床反应.结果：225例未出现手术并发症.结论：丝线结扎的LC手术安全,适合于粗细不同胆囊管的结扎,方法简单易掌握,应用方便,有利于基层医院为腹腔镜的进一步手术做好准备（打好基础）,像胃肠吻合等.避免体内残留金属异物,以及钛夹脱落、移动或向胆总管内游走而形成结石.

Objective：without titanium clip in laparoscopie cholecysteetomy （ LC ） method and application. Methods： does not add any special equipment,uslng common thread in intra--abdominal ligation of the cystic duct and vascular,observation of the patient＇s clinical response. Result：225 cases of no operation complication. Conclusion： the LC silk ligation operation safety, suitable for different thickness of the cystic duct ligation, the method is simple and easy to master, convenient application, beneficial to the primary hospital for the laparoscopic operation further prepared （ Foundation ） ,like gastrointestinal anastomosis. To avoid the body residue of metallic foreign bodies, as well as the titanium clip from falling,move or walk to the common bile duct and the formation of stones.
