糖尿病肾病尿毒症老年病人的临床护理干预分析

Diabetic nephropathy uremic elderly patients clinical analysis of nursing intervention

目的：探讨护理干预在老年糖尿病肾病尿毒症病人中的临床应用价值.方法：本研究于2009年9月~2011年2月对收治的老年糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者实施护理干预,而对照组患者仅行常规护理.结果：干预组在实施护理干预后血糖控制良好率和肾功能改善良好率均明显高于对照组;另外,干预组的并发症发生率及死亡率均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）.干预组的生活质量明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：在糖尿病肾病尿毒症老年患者中实施护理干预有助于控制血糖,改善肾功能,降低并发症和死亡的发生率,显著提高老年糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用.

Objective： To investigate the clinical application value of nursing intervention in elderly diabetic nephropathy uremia patients. Methods： This study in 2009 September -2011 February admitted to elderly uremia patients with diabetic nephropathy by nursing intervention,and the control group only received routine nursing. Resnlt：Glycemic control good rate and renal function improved good rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of control group. In addition, complications and mortality of the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P^0.05）. The intervention group quality of life was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In diabetic ne- phropathy uremic elderly patients by nursing intervention is helpful to control blood sugar,improve renal function,reduce the complications and the incidence of death, significantly improve the diabetic nephropathy in elderly uremic patients＇ quality of life. And it is worthy of further clinical application.
