先兆流产的中医治疗

Threatened abortion treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的：观察中医辨证论治对先兆流产的临床疗效.方法：选择从2010年11月-2011年11月在我院门诊病历中诊断为先兆流产的患者108例.通过辨证论治将患者分为四型：肾虚型,血热型,气血亏虚型,血瘀型.根据辩证论治的分型给予中药保胎治疗7天后,观察患者的疗效.结果：108例患者中,治愈的78例（占72.2%）,好转的23例（占21.3%）,未愈的7例（占6.48%）,总有效率为（93.5%）.结论：中医治疗胎漏,胎动不安（先兆流产）疗效显著,无副作用,易为患者接受.

Objective： To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medieine（TCM） on threatened abortion. Methods： 108 patients from November 2010 to November 2011 in our hospital diagnosed as threatened abortion,be divided into four types：kidney deficiency, blood heat,blood deficiency,blood stasis. According to syndrome differentiation typing of TCM to protect 7 days after treatment, patients were observed the curative effect. Result： 78 cases were cured （72.2%） ,improved in 23 cases （21.3%） ,7 cases invalid（6.48%） ,the total efficiency is 93.5%. Conclusion：It is valuable about TCM in threatened abortion, the advantage of definite effect,and rapid recovery. Suggest further promotion in clinical.
