摘要
本文提供了人工心瓣瓣架应力分析的光弹性方法。解决了模型制作、加载方法、冻结和观察分析等一系列问题。并以作者们提出的一种单叶瓣型为对象,获得了全开和全闭两种状态下的全场等色条纹图,确定了瓣架孔口边缘应力集中的部位和大小,提出了改型设计的建议。本文给出的光弹性方法还可用于其他形式的心瓣瓣架应力分析,它比有限元法等数值方法简便、直观。
<ABSTRACT>
In this paper, photoelastic method for stress analysis of stent of uni-
leafiet bioprosthesis heart valve has been investigated. The problems of
model making, loading device, freezing and observation and analysis are
satisfactorily accomplished. Moreover, the authors have provided a uni-
leafiet bioprosthesis heart valye which is used as the object in our study,
and full- field isochromatic fringe pathens under all-open and all-close con-
ditions of the model are obtained to determine positions and values of the
stress concentration around the hole in the model. Besides, we have also
proposed an improved design of the valve. The method is also applicable
to the stress analysis for different types of bioprosthesis heart valves. It
is more simple, convenient and objective than the finite element method
or other numerical methods.
