Investigation on the pollution situation of bacillus comma in fishery products of Guiyang from 2008 to 2010

摘要 目的了解贵阳市市售水产品霍乱弧菌污染状况,为制订预防控制霍乱的措施提供依据。方法 2008-2010年采集贵阳市水产品批发市场甲鱼、牛蛙及其养殖水标本,培养分离霍乱弧菌和鉴定菌株,对检出的霍乱弧菌采用PCR方法进行CT毒力基因检测。结果从234份水产品标本中检出霍乱弧菌20株,检出率8.55%;O1群18株(90%),小川型8株,稻叶型10株,O139群2株(10%);其中甲鱼检出率3.37%(3/89),牛蛙检出率17.05%(15/88),养殖水检出率3.51%(2/57)。牛蛙与甲鱼、养殖水检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.03,P<0.01),牛蛙中霍乱弧菌检出率较高。2010年与2008年、2009年检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.14,P<0.01),2010年霍乱弧菌检出率较高。20株霍乱弧菌均未检出CT毒力基因。结论贵阳市水产品中存在霍乱弧菌污染,以O1群为主,均为非产毒株,需继续加强水产品中霍乱弧菌的监测,及时发现传染源,以便积极防控。 Objective To understand the pollution situation of bacillus comma in fishery products of Guiyang,in order to provide basis for making prevention and control measures.Method During 2008 to 2010,collecting the samples of snapping turtles,bullfrogs and their cultivation water from a wholesale market in Guiyang and then cultured bacillus comma and identified.The virulence gene CT was detected by PCR.Results Total of 20 bacillus comma strains were detected from 234 fishery products samples with the detection rate of 8.55%.18 were O1 Group(90%),8 were Ogawa and 10 were Inaba.2 were O139 Group(10%).Among them,3 bacillus comma strains were detected from 89 snapping turtles with the detection rate of 3.37%,15 strains from 88 bullfrogs and with the detection rate of 17.05%,2 strains from 57 fishery products with the detection rate of 3.51%.The detection rate of bullfrog was significant higher than snapping turtles and fishery products(χ2=13.03,P〈0.01).The detection rate of 2010 was significant higher than that in 2008 and 2009(χ2=10.14,P〈0.015).No CT was detected out from 20 bacillus comma strains.Conclusions There was bacillus comma pollution in fishery products of Guiyang,the main group was O1,all were un-toxic strains.we need to enhance the monitoring of bacillus comma in fishery products and find out the infection sources in time,in order to positive prevention and control.
