摘要
目的研究胞外钙调素对大鼠创伤的促愈合作用。方法建立大鼠背部刀割伤模型,用创面照像、透明膜描记扫描记录伤后第4、8、12、16d的创面面积。结果实验组愈合时间为13.5d,对照组愈合时间为15.8d,创伤愈合时间明显缩短(P〈0.05)。结论显示胞外钙调素具有促进大鼠皮肤创伤愈合的作用,其作用机理可能与促进细胞增殖、分裂有关。
Objective To study the effect of extracellular calmodulin on rats wound healing.Method Establishing a rat model with back incised wound,using photographically,hyaline membrane tracing to scannogram the area of wound surfaces of 4,8,12th days.Results The healing time of experimental group was 13.5d,control group was 15.8d,the healing time was significantly shorter(P〈0.05).Conclusions Extracellular calmodulin had effect on skin wound healing.The mechanism of action was relation to cells proliferation and cleavage.
