摘要
[目的]探讨电针次髎穴对环磷酰胺诱导膀胱过度活动症大鼠尿动力学影响及传入神经机制。[方法]成年雌性SD大鼠24只,随机分为膀胱过度活动症(overactive bladder,OAB)组(OAB组),辣椒辣素组和对照组。测量电针次髎穴前后排尿间期、基础膀胱压、膀胱最大充盈压和最大排尿压。[结果]电针前,与对照组相比,OAB组大鼠排尿间期明显缩短(P<0.01);与OAB组相比,辣椒辣素组排尿间期明显延长(P<0.05)。电针后,OAB组大鼠排尿间期比电针前明显延长(P<0.01),而辣椒辣素组及对照组与电针前相比变化不明显(P均>0.05)。电针前,与对照组相比,OAB组大鼠基础膀胱压明显增加(P<0.01)。电针后,对照组基础膀胱压较电针前明显升高(P<0.01),而OAB组较电针前降低(P<0.05)。辣椒辣素组灌注后膀胱基础压下降(P<0.05),但电针后变化不明显(P>0.05)。电针前三组间的最大膀胱充盈压及最大排尿压差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),每组电针前后二者变化差异也无显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]电针次髎穴能抑制环磷酰胺诱导大鼠膀胱过度活动,其机制可能与抑制辣椒辣素敏感C纤维活性有关。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) at Ci Liao(BL 32) on urodynamics of cyclophosphamide-induced overactive bladder,with particular focus on the mechanism of bladder afferent nerve.[Methods] A total of 24 female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into overactive bladder(OAB),capsaicin,and control groups.The cystometries including inter-contraction interval(ICI),basal pressure,threshold pressure,and micturition pressure of these rats in each group were examined before and after electroacupuncture at Ci Liao.[Results] Inter-contraction interval in OAB group decreased significantly compared with that of control group(P0.01) and increased in capsaicin group compared with that of OAB group(P0.05).After electroacupuncture,the inter-contraction interval increased in OAB group(P0.01),not in capsaicin group and control group(P0.05).The basal pressure increased in OAB group(P0.01) compared with control group and decreased after electroacupuncture(P0.05).The basal pressure increased after electroacupunture in control group(P0.01),while decreased in capsaicin group(P0.05) compared with OAB group.However there was no difference before and after electroacupunture in capsaicin group(P0.05).No differences in threshold pressure and micturition pressure among these 3 groups were found before electroacupuncture(P0.05),and the changes of the two pressures intra-group comparison after acupuncture were not significant in each group(P0.05).[Conclusions] Electro-acupuncture at Ci Liao could contribute to improve cyclophsphamide–induced overactive bladder through inhibition of capsaicin-sensitive C-fiber activation.
