摘要 微小RNA(miRNAs)作为一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,是高等生物生长发育的重要调节因子。miR-21被认定为miRNA转录的主要驱动力,其在人类多种实体肿瘤中高表达,参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡,且与肿瘤生长、侵袭、转移等密切相关。 miRNAs are endogenous,non-coding small RNAs that play an important role in the growth and development of higher organisms.miR-21 is recognized as the main driving force of miRNA's transcription,which has a high-expression in many solid tumors of human and take part in cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and so that it is closely related to tumors' growth,invasion and metastasis.
