摘要 S100A6是EF-手型钙结合蛋白S100家族成员之一,参与多种生物学过程。作为一种多功能蛋白,它不仅与肿瘤的发生、浸润和转移关系密切,其在细胞信号转导中的作用也正日益受到重视。 S100A6 is the member of the S100 family of EF-hand calcium-binding proteins,which joins in many kinds of biology processes.As a multi-function protein,it not only has close relationship with tumorigenesis,invasion and metastasis,but also,its role in the cellular signal transduction is being paid more and more attention.
