This paper analyzes the characteristics of library＇s information resources under network environment,points out some problems existing in information resources management of library of vocational college,probes into how to organize and manage library＇s information resources under the network environment,and connecting with the actual situation of the college,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
