高职大学生创业教育研究与实践

创业教育是一种全新的教育观，把培养学生的事业心、冒险精神与创新精神作为学校教育目的新的价值取向。本文介绍了高职院校创业教育存在的问题：高职院校创业教育重视程度低、没有形成独立的创业课程、实施创业教育的师资力量不足。针对上述问题，提出了以下措施：树立创业教育理念，实现教育观念的转变；完善创业教育的课程体系；加强师资队伍建设，完善师资体系。
