193例新生儿高胆红素血症的病因分析

目的:通过对新生儿高胆红素血症病因的分析,分析新生儿高胆红素血症的预防和治疗方法。方法:对2008年1月-2010年12月在我科住院的193例患有高胆红素血症的新生儿进行病因分析。结果:在193例患有高胆红素血症的新生儿中,围产期因素所致的有134例,占64%,这些因素主要包括剖宫产、缺氧、早产、高龄初产、药物影响等。新生儿自身疾病所致者21例,占10%,其中G-6-PD缺乏症7例,母婴血型不合溶血病6例,红细胞增多症5例,败血症2例,先天性甲低1例;原因不明者48例,占24.4%。结论:围产期因素是导致新生儿高胆红素血症的主要原因。

Purpose：We analyzed the reasons of the hyperbilirubinemia of the newborns then direct how to prevent and cure this disease.Method：Analyzing the disease reasons of the 193newborns from jan.2008to Dec.2010 that were in our department because of this disease.Result：Perinatai period is the main reason of all the causing diseases,about 64%;the reasons include Caesarean birth,short of oxygen,premature birth,medicin effects and so on.The reasons for themselves were 21 newborns,about10%,including short of G-6-PD were7.Blood group incompatibilify hemolysis disease were6.neouafal polycythemia were5.neonatal septicemia about2.Congenital fhyroid fanction redacfion about 1.unknown reasons were 48,about 24.4%.Conclusion：This reason is the main causing reason of all the other disease reasons.
