负压封闭引流治疗腹壁感染创面的分析

VSD treatment of abdominal wound infection analysis

目的:研究分析腹壁感染创面采用负压封闭引流治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院于2009年5月至2011年1月收治的50例腹壁感染创面患者随机分为两组治疗,观察组采用负压封闭引流技术进行治疗,对照组普通换药治疗,分析两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率为84.0%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流是一种新的治疗腹壁感染创面的技术方法,效果显著,疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To study and analyze the abdominal wall wound infection using the clinical treatment of VSD effect.Methods：A hospital in May 2009 to January 2011 were treated 50 cases of abdominal wound infection were randomly divided into treatment and observation group VSD technology for treatment,medication treatment of normal control group,analysis of two The clinical treatment.Results：The patients after treatment of VSD,the total effective rate was 94.0% in the control group the total effective rate was 84.0% of patients in the observation group significantly better than the control group,patients in the observation group wound healing,the number of dressing,wound healing time also were higher,compared with a statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The VSD is a new treatment method of abdominal wound infection of the technology,the effect is significant,effective,worthy of clinical use.
