摘要
目的:分析超声检查在妇科计划生育临床手术中的应用价值。方法:选择拟行妇科计划生育手术的患者240例,其中拟行人工流产术患者120例、宫腔占位性病变清宫术患者120例。按手术种类分别分为两组:对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组:常规手术;观察组:在超声引导下手术。比较2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、感染率。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、感染率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声检查可提高妇科计划生育手术效果。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in gynecological family planning operation.Methods 240 cases of patients who will receive family planning operation were collected as research object.There are 120 cases receive artificial abortion and 120 cases receive uterine curettage.They were divided into two groups：the control group and the observation group.Each group had 60 patients.The control group received routine operation.The observation group received ultrasound-guided operation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and infection rate was compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and infection rate of observation group was lower than that of control group（P0.05）..Conclusion Ultrasonography can rase the effect of gynecological family planning operation.
