临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预分析

目的:探讨临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预作用,旨在促进临床医师合理用药。方法:回顾性分析我院临床药师在2010年中对本院临床不合理用药的药学干预记录及有关资料。结果:通过药学干预,我院临床不合理用药现象由干预前的28.6%下降至干预后的3.6%。结论:临床药师对临床不合理用药进行药学干预,能规范临床医师的用药行为,减少不合理用药的发生,提高医疗安全与质量。

OBJECTIVE：Explore the clinical pharmacists in clinical not rational drug use pharmaceutical interference effect,aims to promote the rational use of drugs in clinical physicians.METHODS：Retrospective analysis the clinical pharmacists in 2010 years to the clinical not rational drug use pharmaceutical intervention record and relevant materials.RESULTS：Through the pharmacy intervention,our hospital clinical not rational drug use by the intervention of the phenomenon before dropped to 28.6% after intervention of 3.6%.CONCLUSION：The clinical pharmacists in clinical not rational drug use in pharmacy intervention,can regulate the medicine clinical physician behavior,reduce the occurrence of the rational use of drugs,improve the medical security and quality.
