中波窄谱紫外线联合卤米松治疗白癜风的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线照射联合卤半松乳膏治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法:收集2008年10月-2011年6月期间在我院就诊的150例白癜风患者分为A组和B组、C组,每组各50例,A组给予窄谱中波紫外线照射并且联合卤米松乳膏使用,B组外用卤米松软膏,C组仅给予窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗。疗程均为3个月。结果:A组治愈12例,显效24例,有效率72.0%;B组治愈3例,显效18例,有效率42.0%,C组治愈6例,显效23例,总有效率58.0%.三组有效率比较差异有显著性,其疗效与皮损的部位和病程有关.结论:窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风疗效好,不良反应小。 Objective:To observe the narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation combined with halogen half pine cream in the treatment of vitiligo and safety.Methods:collected from 2008 October-2011 June in our hospital 150 cases of vitiligo patients were divided into A group and B group,C group,50 cases in each group,A group with narrow spectrum ultraviolet radiation and combined with Halometasone Cream use,group B oral prednisone plus topical Halometasone Cream,C group was only given a narrow UVB irradiation therapy.The treatment course is 3 months.Results:group A:12 cases were cured,24 cases,with an efficiency of 72%;group B:3 cases were cured,18 cases,with an efficiency of 42% in C group,6 cases were cured,23 cases,the total effective rate was 58%.Three rate in the group had significant difference,its efficacy and skin lesions on the location and course.Conclusion:narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo with good curative effect,adverse reactions.
