浅谈中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

Integrative treatment of lumbar disc herniation observed

目的:观察中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将120例病例随机分为两组,每组各60例。治疗组口服中药独活寄生汤加减进行治疗。结果:对照组治疗后的总有效率为73.33%,治疗组治疗后的总有效率为91.67%,(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Purpose：Observed in Integrative Medicine clinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation。Method：120 cases were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases.The treatment group oral medicine Duhuojisheng decoction for treatment of。Result：The total effective rate in the control group73.33%,After treatment,the total effective rate91.67%,（P0.05）。Conclusion：Integrative treatment of lumbar disc herniation,it is worth clinical application。
