利普刀治疗前庭大腺脓肿、前庭大腺囊肿27例的临床观察

目的:探讨利普刀治疗前庭大腺脓肿、前庭大腺囊肿造口的疗效及临床意义。方法:对27例采用利普刀造口术治疗的前庭大腺脓肿、囊肿患者进行临床观察分析。结果:利用利普刀行前庭大腺脓肿、囊肿造口术方法简便,手术时间短、愈合良、复发率低。结论:利普刀可用于前庭大腺囊肿、脓肿造口手术。

Objective：To investigate the Lipu knife treatment of Bartholin gland abscess of Bartholin gland cyst stoma, the curative effect and the clinical significance. Methods：27 cases of abscess of Bartholin gland, cyst treated with LEEP ostomy treatment clinical observation analysis. Results：using the Lipu knife line abscess of Bartholin gland cyst gastrostomy, the method is simple, short operation time, healing, and low recurrence rate. Conclusion：the Lipu knife can be used for Bartholin＇s gland cyst. abscess, fistula operation.
