摘要
目的:总结分析我院门诊患者用药咨询状况,促进合理用药。方法:回顾分析我院药房2009年5月—2010年12月711例用药咨询记录。结果:咨询中西药联用,用法用量者较多;咨询者以老年人居多。结论:应长期坚持开展院内用药咨询服务,特别针对慢性病、老年患者更具意义,应重视多药联合应用,中西药联用的注意事项,促进临床的用药安全。
OBJECTIVE： To study the drug used in patients so as to facilitate the development of clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and promote rational drug use. METHODS： The drug consultation records of 711 cases in the ou.t patient TCM pharmacy were analyzed retrospectively RESULTS： Of all the questions consulted, the questions regarding drug interaction, administration ＆ dosage, and adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSION： Drug consultation service is of utmost importance for ensuring drug efficacy and medication safety and promoting rational drug use.
