构建社会主义和谐社会是一个长期的系统工程,新型的和谐医患关系是发展和谐社会的一个重要组成部分。通过文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析对目前我国医患关系存在着不和谐,医患纠纷有逐年上升的趋势进行探讨。本文就医患矛盾产生的原因及其解决办法进行分析,以期对医院的管理层在制定管理方面及医务人员在第一线有一定的参考,对共同构建和谐的医患关系有所帮助。
