COX3对肿瘤作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)是合成前列腺素过程中的重要限速酶,维持机体的各种生命过程,并引起多种疾病发生与发展;早期发现其有两个同工酶(COX1和COX2),2002年又发现新的同工酶,即COX3。近年来研究表明,COX3可能成为解热镇痛药的新靶点,在特定情况下还参与细胞凋亡,有文献报告其在肿瘤的形成与发展、转移中也扮演着一定的角色.。
