中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝的临床观察

Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b clinical observation

目的:对中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝进行研究。方法:选取2009年1月至2011年1月期间,我科收治的50例慢性乙肝患者,分组治疗后观察分析治疗结果。结果:治疗后,中西医结合组的肝功能和症状改善疗效明显优于西医组(P<0.01)。2组血清乙肝病毒学指标均无明显改变(p>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝在肝功能恢复和症状改善上较单纯西医治疗有优势,值得进一步研究。

objective： to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis b. Methods： the January 2009 to January 2011, I division of 50 cases treated patients with chronic hepatitis b and group therapy after observing and analyzing the treatment results. Results： after treatment, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group of liver function and symptoms improve had better effects than western medicine group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Two groups of serum hepatitis b virology index were not significantly change （p 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b in liver function recovery and symptoms improve on relatively simple treatment of western advantage, deserves further study.
