摘要
文章根据亚洲开发银行首次提出"包容性增长"的发展内涵,以及胡锦涛同志在亚太经济合作组织会议上强调"统筹兼顾,倡导包容性增长"的指示精神,就西藏"包容性发展"面临的首要问题进行了初步解析,并集中阐释了今后西藏"包容性发展"的关键路径。
Based on the guideline of the development dimension of ＂inclusive growth＂ first proposed by the Asian Development Bank and President Hu Jintao＇s emphasis on the ＂Overall Planning,Promoting Inclusive Growth＂ at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Conference,an analysis is made in the article about the primary issues of the ＂inclusive development＂ of Tibet and the critical path for the future ＂inclusive development＂ of Tibet is expounded as well.
