六味地黄分散片的制备工艺研究

Preparation Process of Dispersible Tablets of Liuweidihuang

目的研究六味地黄分散片的处方工艺。方法以分散均匀性和硬度为综合指标,筛选山茱萸总苷分散片最佳的制备工艺,并测定马钱苷的溶出度。结果最佳制备工艺为浸膏：淀粉：微晶纤维素=1：2：0.8,加4%交联聚维酮和0.2%硬脂酸镁;制得的分散片的分散时间〈2 min,硬度为40-60 N;马钱苷的平均溶出度在45 min时为98.81%。结论该处方工艺简单、经济,所制成的分散片崩解迅速、药物溶出快。

Objective To study the preparation process of dispersible tablets of Liuweidihuang.Methods The preparation process of dispersible tablets of Liuweidihuang was optimized with dispersed homogeneity and hardness as index,and the dissolution rates of loganin were determined.Results The optimal preparation process was as follows：extract：starch：microcrystalline cellulose was equal to 1：2：0.8;adding into 4%PVPP and 0.2%magnesium stearate.The disintegration time of tablets was less than 2min.The hardness was 40-60 N.The average loganin was 98.81%at 45 min respectively.Conclusion The process was simple and economical.Prepared tablet was collapsed rapidly and dissolved fast.
