正交试验设计优化野葛藤中异黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选野葛藤中异黄酮的提取工艺。方法以葛藤异黄酮得率为评价指标,通过正交试验设计优化葛藤异黄酮的提取工艺,并对最佳提取工艺进行工艺验证。结果葛藤异黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为50%,料液比1:20,超声提取时间30min,超声温度为20℃,异黄酮的提取率可达3.86%。结论采用正交试验设计优化对葛藤异黄酮提取条件进行优化合理可行。 Objective To research the optimal conditions of extraction about isoflavones from stem of Pueraria lobata.Methods Studying the conditions of extraction by single factors and orthogonal experiment,we get the best conditions,then making a verification of the conditions.Results The optimal conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration was 50%,solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,ultrasonic extraction of 30min at 20℃,the rate of isoflavones can be achieved to reach 3.86%.Conclusion It was feasible to optimize the extraction processing of isoflavones from stem of Pueraria lobata by orthogonal experiment.
