摘要
目的建立鬼臼毒素搽剂的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,流动相:甲醇:水=63:37;检测波长:292 nm;流速:1.0 mL min-1;进样量:20μL。结果鬼臼毒素在浓度为10.0-100.0μg mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=12.737X-6.580 4,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为101.07%(RSD为1.45%,n=9)。结论本方法操作简便,准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of podophyllotoxin in its liniment.Methods HPLC was performed on a C18 column using methanol-water(63:37) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wave length was at 292 nm,the sample size was 20 μL.Results The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 10.0-100.0 μg?mL-1,the regression equation was Y=12.737X-6.5804,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The average recovery was 101.07%(RSD=1.45%,n=9).Conclusion The method was simple,accurate,reproducible and could be used for the quality control of podophyllotoxin liniment.
