摘要
介绍了掺有粉煤灰的高分子复合材料的应用研究状况,简述了粉煤灰作为高分子复合材料补强填料的主要影响因素。粉煤灰的粒度、表面吸附性是影响补强性能的关键因素。通过超细粉碎,表面改性,部分或全部替代炭黑用作橡胶补强填料是可行的,大大降低制品的生产成本,提高粉煤灰的利用率。
The application of the fly ash filler in rubber composition was introduced.Altra-fine grinding and surface treatment was important factors.it was very important to modify filler surface and particle size to enhance the compatibility with rubber.It was indicated fly ash could replace complete or partial carbon as reinforced agent.The use of fly ash filler had not only true benefit of economy community and environment but also decreased the price of rubber.
