摘要
从我厂氯乙烯合成及尾气回收系统的现状出发 ,深入考察了原料气纯度、合成转化程度、吸附器热平衡、吸附器解吸程度及尾气冷凝器等对氯乙烯尾气排放超标的影响 ,并考察了吸附器不同时间下的吸附效果。
Based on the current situation of vinyl chloride synthesis and its tail gas recovery system,the influences of raw material gas purity,synthesis conversion degree,the heat balance and desorption degree of absorber and the tail gas condenser on the fact that the discharge of vinyl chloride tail gas can not meet the standard are studied.The adsorption degree of the adsorber under different adsorption time are also investigated.
