摘要 目的:比较不同对比剂剂量条件下上腹部CT的强化效果。方法:将81例行上腹部CT增强扫描的患者随机按0.9 mL/kg(A组,27例)、1.1 mL/kg(B组,25例)、1.3 mL/kg(C组,29例)的标准分成3组,分别测定腹主动脉及门静脉的强化峰值,经工作站重建后根据肝动脉及门静脉显示情况作出评定,并各组间进行比较。结果:主动脉强化峰值中A、C组比较差异有统计学意义;门静脉强化峰值中3组资料两两比较差异均有统计学意义。肝动脉显示分级情况3组资料差异均无统计学意义;门静脉显示分级A组与B组差异无统计学意义,A组与B组及C组与D组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:0.9、1.1、1.3 mL/kg 3种剂量在肝动脉期扫描时具有同样的强化效果;剂量越大门静脉强化峰值越高,门静脉显示越好。 Objective: To compare the enhancement effect of CT scan in patients' upper abdomen using diffferent dosage of contrast medium,fair use the dosage of contrast medium improves the enhancement effiiciency.Methods: 81 routine CT enhancement scanning's were divided into 3 groups according to the dose of the contrast agent,0.9 mL/kg(groupA n=27),1.1 mL/kg(group B n=25) and 1.3 mL/kg(group C n=29) respectively.The enhancement peak values of abdomial aorta and portal vein were measured,makes the still according to the demonstrated situation of the hepatic artery and disciple vein after workstation reconstruction and compare among groups.Results: The enhancement peak values of abdominal aorta between group A and group C were different significantly.The values of portal vein were significant difference among three groups.Grading condition of hepatic artery showed on significant difference among three groups's imaging.Grading condition of portal vein had significant difference between group A and group C,group B and group C but no difference between group A and group B.Conslusion: Three kinds of dosage(0.9,1.1 and 1.3 mL/kg) have the same enhancement effects in the hepatic arterial phase,the more of the dosage of contrast medium,the better of the efficiency display in the imaging of portal vein.
