布托啡诺联合芬太尼用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后自控镇痛的临床观察

Efficacy of patient-controlled analgesia with butorphanol combined with fentanyl in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:比较布托啡诺、芬太尼、布托啡诺联合芬太尼用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者自控镇痛的临床效果。方法:60例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分为布托啡诺组(B组),芬太尼组(F组),布托啡诺联合芬太尼组(BF组),分别接受静脉自控镇痛(PCA)的治疗。在PCA开始后4、8、12、24 h观察并记录镇痛、镇静效果,患者PCA给药次数及不良反应情况。结果:3组方案均获得良好的镇痛目的,不良反应BF组低于其它两组。结论:布托啡诺联合芬太尼用于术后镇痛可获得良好的镇痛效果,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective： To compare the efficacy of butorphanol,fentanyl and butorphanol combined with fentanyl for patients controlled analgesia（PCA） in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods： A total of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,were randomly divided into butorphanol group（B group）,fentanyl group（F group） and butorphanol combined with fentanyl group（BF group）.The visual analogue scale（VAS） analgesic score.Remsay sedative score and side effects were recorded and compared among three groups on 4,8,12,24 h after operations.Results： There were no significant differences in VAS scores among three groups.Patients of BF group had lower incidence of adverse events than that in the other groups.Conclusion： Butorphanol combined with fentanyl was good mixture for PCA.
