摘要
我国国内沥青产量的增加落后于需求的增长,沥青进口量已从1993年的13.04万吨上升到1999年的147.01万吨,进口品种以高标号道路沥青为主,国内市场沥青价格逐渐与国际市场价格走势趋同。随着国家西部大开发政策的实施,道路建设必将加快,预计对道路沥青的需求将会进一步增长。今后一个时期,我国沥青(主要是高等级道路沥青)还很难达到自给,估计进口量还将增加。但是随着国内炼油企业产品结构调整的加紧进行,预计今后3~5年内,国内道路沥青产量会有所增长,与此同时,进口增长的速度也将趋缓。
The growth of domestic bitumen production has lagged behind demand, so China's bitumen imports increased to 1.47 MT in 1999 from 0.13 MT in 1993. Most of the bitumen imported is high-grade road bitumen. Bitumen prices on domestic markets tend follow international market trends. During the central government's initiative to develop China's western regions, road construction will definitely top the agenda. It is expected that demand for road bitumen will increase even further. It will probably be difficult for China to produce enough road bitumen over the next few years, and the imports will probably increase. But domestic refineries have adjusted their production structure somewhat, and domestic road bitumen production is expected to increase to some extent, slowing the import growth rate.
