外商直接投资区位决策因素分析--基于区域面板数据的实证分析

Decomposition for FDI Location Decision Factor

本文在讨论FDI区域分布特征的基础上,以中国东、中、西部为研究对象,使用各区域的实证数据来检验制度、成本、市场和集聚因素对外资企业区位决策所产生的影响。结果表明,这些因素不但会影响外资的区位决策,而且每个因素的影响程度具有区域差异性,显著程度也不一样。因此,政府应当根据区域差异实行分类外资政策,从而优化FDI空间结构配置,提高区域经济增长中FDI的使用效率。

This paper takes Chinese eastern, central and western as research subject and uses various regional empirical data to test the system, cost, market and agglomeration factors produced by foreign-funded enterprises location decision on the basis of discussing the FDI regional distribution characteristics. The result indicates that these factors not only affect foreign investment location decisions, but also the degree of influence of each factor has regional differences, meanwhile, significant levels are not the same. Therefore, the government shall implement the classification of foreign policy according to the regional differences in order to optimize the structural configuration of the FDI space, improve efficiency in the use of FDI in regional economic growth.
