老年粗隆间骨折内固定与关节置换术的治疗策略分析

Treatment Strategies about Internal Fixation and Joint Replacement for Elderly Intertrochanteric Fracture

股骨粗隆间骨折临床常见,多发于老年人。手术治疗方法很多,主要分为髓内、髓外的内固定治疗及人工关节置换等。然而,目前没有统一的标准来指导如何选择手术方式。虽然绝大多数的手术治疗方法都能取得较好的效果,但出现问题的病例也较为多见。本文通过文献复习,对近年来的老年粗隆间骨折内固定治疗与关节置换的治疗策略进行分析,为临床治疗提供参考。

Intertrochanteric fracture is very common in clinic, most of those patients were elder people. Surgical treatment is divided into intramedullary, extramedullary fixation and artificial joint replacement. However there is no uniform standard to guide how to choose the surgical approach. At present, although the vast majority of surgical treatment methods can achieve good clinical results, but the problem cases are not uncommon. In this paper, the literatures in recent years were reviewed about the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture fixation and joint replacement, treatment strategies were analyzed to provide a useful reference for clinical treatment.
