将社会学、心理学、人类学视角应用到对性产业中男客风险感知与应对的研究中。在其风险感知中,对家的秩序的维护,推动男客主动选择和建构性病的风险;在风险管理中,直观思维、时空脱域和对本土医疗资源的熟悉,构成个体层面对风险的心理解读。而宏观上,有限的抽象思维能力、快速的社会变迁、生涩的本土健康服务,将这一群体置于风险的社会结构之中。

The paper applies knowledge of sociology,psychoanalysis,anthropology to the research of risk perception of male clients in the sex industry and its coping approaches.In the respect of risk perception,the desire of maintaining the order at home impels the male clients to actively choose and construct the risk of getting venereal disease.In the respect of risk management,the psychological interpretation of risk at the individual level is constituted by direct thinking,temporal and spatial distanciation,and familiarity with the local medical resources.In the macro respect,the group of male clients is put into the social structure of risks due to limited Abstract thinking ability,rapid social changes,and unfavorable local medical and health services.
