本文就生产中出现的夏季釉浆触变性过强的现象进行了分析 ,找出了一些解决办法 ,如采用水浴工艺 ,合理使用膨润土 ,调整加水量及甲基纤维素量等 ,效果良好。

The text analyzes the phenomena that glaze slurry's thixotropy is too strong in the industry in summer,and searches out a few solutions,as adoption water bath technology、fair use bentonite、adjust water and methyl cellulose quantity and so on.These solutions are proved effectual in the practice.
