摘要
针对船用使用环境条件的特点,对短波法油中水分测量仪在船舶燃油系统使用情况进行了应用研究,试验研究了零点漂移、介质温度、压力、盐度、流速、杂质、含气量、油水混合均匀性、电磁场、振动干扰因素对油中水分测量仪的实际测量精度的影响,并分析了产生相关影响的原因,为其船用适应性设计提供了参考依据。
Based on characteristics of vessel environment condition,application study was carried out for the usage of oil moisture monitor of shortwave absorption principle in vessel fuel oil system in this paper.It was experimented to study a series of influencing factors on actual measurement precision of oil moisture monitor.The factors included null drift,liquid temperature,pressure,salinity,velocity,uniformity between oil and gas,electromagnetic field and oscillation.It also analyzed the reasons of related influencing factors and provided reference basis for vessel adaptability design.
