浅谈青狮潭水库灌区存在的问题及改革的思考

介绍了青狮潭水库灌区的基本情况,分析了制约其发展的主要问题。提出解决灌区管理单位的定位、农业水费征收困难、管理人员缺少、资金不足等管理体制改革的思路。

Based on introduction of the basic situation of Qingshitan Reservoir Irrigation Zone,the author analyzed its major problems including duties confirming of irrigation zone administration station,difficult collection of agricultural water rate,shortage of administration staff and fund etc.,and put forward thoughts of administration system reform.
