工业盐酸中添加金属表面处理剂替代医药盐酸生产的可行性研究

FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF THE INDUSTRIAL ACID ADD TO INHIBITOR ALTERNATIVING MEDICAL ACID PRODUCTION

现代金属加工酸洗环节基本采用工业盐酸生产,但酸洗后基板表面通常存在酸斑、局部过蚀等轻微缺陷。由于金莱冷轧带钢有限公司在产品特点上对表面质量有严格的要求,所以至今酸洗工序仍采用医药盐酸进行高成本生产。研究证明,向工业盐酸中添加合适的金属表面处理剂(又称缓蚀剂)可以防止酸洗后基板表面出现酸斑和局部过蚀,改善表面质量,替代医药盐酸生产。

Industrial acid is used for metal pickling mostly, but after pickling there are generally such defects as acid spots ,and local over corrosion on the surface. As the surface quality for products of the Company is strict, it is still appling the high-cost medical acid for produce up to now. Our study con- firmed that adding suitablel metal surface treatment agent to the industrial hydrochloric acid could replace the high-cost medical acid for production and meet the production quality requirements.
