摘要
介绍了湘钢配用菲律宾矿的试验研究。通过烧结杯试验及在360m2烧结机上进行配加菲律宾矿的工业试验,结果表明:配加3%的菲律宾矿对烧结矿强度的影响略有下降,但幅度不大;配用3%的菲律宾后,烧结矿TiO2平均达到了0.44%;用菲律宾矿代替FMG矿时,每增加1%的菲律宾矿,烧结矿品位下降0.05%,TiO2增加0.05%。
It introduces the experiment on Philippines iron ore in Xiangtan Steel. Through the sintering pot test and the industrial experiment on a 360m2 sintering machine, the results show that: with 3% Philippines iron ore, the sintering strength decreases slightly by a small margin, and that with 3% Philippines iron ore, the sintering strength decreases slightly by a small margin, and that with 3% philippines iron ore, the TiO2 in sintered ore reaches 0.44% on average, and that with Philippines iron ore instead of FMG iron ore, for every 1% increase of the Philippines iron ore, the sintered ore grade decreases by 0.05 % , TiO2 increases by 0.05 %.
