摘要
通过对影响精炼炉脱硫因素的分析，采取了针对回渣比例、渣系组成、温度控制、酸溶铝含量、吹氩搅拌控制及喂丝技术等控制措施，达到了准时化生产制度下的快速脱硫的目的，适应了准时化生产的要求。
Through analysis of the influencing elements of LF desulphurization, this paper proposes control measures targeted at slag recycling ratio, slag composition, temperature control, Als content, argon stirring control and wire -feeding techniques. After the implementation of these measures, quick desul- phurization under JIT system is realized, and the requirement of JIT is met.
