摘要
用聚硅氧烷对超细非晶TiO2粉体颗粒进行了表面改性。观察到实验中出现粒度分布频率漂移的现象。从结构和表面性质出发,从理论上阐述了包覆后的粉体颗粒体积变小的原因。对比了不同实验条件下粉体的包覆效果。发现超细非晶TiO2包覆可以有效地克服团聚,极大地提高分散性,同时分散系的稳定性也大为提高。
The surface treatment of the ultrafine amorphous TiO2 by the polyorganosiloxane under the proper conditions can make the amorphous particle volume distribution small. In the term of the amorphous structure and its surface properties, the phenomenon of the treated partical becoming smaller can be explained coincidently. The wrapping effect of the surface treatment is best under the 200℃, heating 20h.The treatment of the surface of the ultrafine amorphous TiO2 can overcome remarkably the condensation, and enhance the stability of the disperse systems.
