合理的消费理论和消费模式是实现国民经济持续稳定快速发展、有效节约资源、保持生态环境的重要手段。绿色消费提倡以绿色生产促进绿色消费,以绿色、自然、和谐、健康为发展的宗旨。在云南生态文明排头兵的建设中绿色消费模式的构建极其重要。然而绿色消费理念和行为成为人们生活的主导需长时间的努力,要有政府的政策指导和有效激励机制的贯彻,侧重于社会、经济、生态的协调发展,以及对公众绿色消费意识的培养引导。

Reasonable consumption theories and patterns are important strategies to develop national economy in a sustained, steady and rapid manner, to efficiently save resources and to protect ecological environment. Standing by green, natural, harmony and healthy, green consumption advocates green manufacturing. It is extremely important to construct green consumption patterns in the construction of Yunnan＇s ecological civilization. However,, it takes long time and hard work to make green consumption concept and behavior dominate people＇s life. It needs the government making policies and efficient incentive mechanism to guide and cultivate the publics with green consumption consciousness. It is also important for the government to focus on the coordinate development among society, economy and zoology.
