循环经济视野下的西部地区生态旅游发展研究

Ecological Tourism Development in the Western Region from the Perspective of Circular Economy

循环经济是深入落实科学发展观、构筑当代社会主义生态文明、促进经济社会可持续发展的重要经济发展模式,是21世纪经济模式创新亮点。而同为本世纪的创举,生态旅游业的崛起并逐步占据旅游产业的核心位置,标榜了其未来发展方向,则急需循环经济理论的指导。从我国宏观发展战略而言,西部开发和振兴,自然要引进最先进的发展理念和发展模式,而基于西部地区相对落后的经济发展水平,就要严格避免过度工业化所带来的经济短视等一系列负面效应。本文基于循环经济理论的视角,研究生态旅游发展对西部地区经济振兴和社会进步推动力。

Circular economy is the important economic development model to embody the scientific view of development, to con- struet the socialistic ecological civilization, and promote contemporary sustainable economic and social development, and it sym- bolizing the innovation window of economic mode in the 21st century. Ecological tourism rises from the tourism industry and gradually occupies the central position. Meanwhile, its future development must be guided by the circular economic theory. Con- sidering the macroscopic development strategy, the development and revitalization of the western region depend heavily on the in- troduction of the most advanced developmental mode. However, due to the relatively backward levels of economic development in the western area, it is important to avoid the negative effects of excessive industrialization. In this sense, the circular economic theory of the ecological tourism development is an important foundation for the western region to achieve economic development and social progress.
