摘要
本文分析了工科院校物理教学的现状,将目标管理应用到工科院校物理教学中。围绕相应教学目标,对教学计划、教学组织和教学实施进行改革与调整,提出了通过目标管理提高大学物理教学质量效益的构想。
The status quo of physics teaching in colleges of engineering is analysed and MBO is applied to which in this paper. According to corresponding teaching aims, the teaching plan, organizing and implement are reformed and adjustmented, and the idea of improvment the college physics teaching quality benefits is raised.
