摘要 选用反相高效液相色谱、外标法测定氟吗啉。本方法的变异系数为 0 30 % ,回收率为99 5 %~ 10 0 7%。 A quantitative analysis method was established for Flumorph by using reversed phase HPLC.The results showed that coefficient of variation were 0.30% and the recovery was 99.5%~100.7%.
