外伤性脑脊液漏143例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 143 cases of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage

目的探讨外伤性脑脊液漏的临床诊断、治疗及预后。方法外伤性脑脊液漏病人143例,保守治疗137例,手术治疗6例。结果经保守或手术治疗,所有患者均愈合,随访未见复发。结论外伤性脑脊液漏绝大多数经保守治疗即可治愈,保守治疗观察时间一般为1～2个月,无效再行手术治疗,妥善重建颅底,可以有效防止脑脊液漏的复发。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Method 143 patients with traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage were treated, including 137 cases of conservative treatment and 6 cases of surgical treatment. Results After conservative or surgical treatment, all the patients were healed without recurrence. Conclusion As for traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage, most of the patients can be cured by conservative treatment with 1 to 2 months of the observation duration. If the conservative treatment is invalid, then try surgical treatment. Proper reconstruction of the skull base can effectively prevent the recurrence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage
